Our proposals/contracts include the implementation service and the licensing of users, both for the real estate ‘add-on’ and for SAP Business ByDesign, over a 3-year time horizon, without prejudice to the dissolution of the service by the client.
User licenses are billed quarterly. The implementation service is charged throughout different milestones in the process: 40% at the signing of the contract; 40% on verification of business scenarios/functional designs; 10% in user training; and 10% when releasing into service.
